Make your own donor book

NEWS!
Only on donor-child.com

Tell your children how they were born.  Create your own unique book that can be read aloud to your child again and again.

The book can give your children answers to the many questions they may have. You can for example take the book with you to  kindergarten to be read aloud so that friends can have a better understanding of what it means to have a donor.

Tell the story

With this book, your children will hear and see a loving story of how they were born.

We have made two different versions of the book: one for single parents and one for partners. We have created a framework but you can fill them out with your own story by editing the text and uploading your own pictures so that the book fits your child’s story. The book provides a guide for many good talks with your child.

You can see the two versions of the book here, where we have made a book with text and pictures.

For singles

This is what you do

Find materials

Before you start working on the book, we suggest that you prepare pictures and information about the donor. You can always save the work and come back to the book later.

Create the book

To create the book please follow these links:
Single Edition
Couple Edition
And then all that’s left is to get started. We have already written some text and uploaded some pictures. You can freely choose what you would like to use or replace it all with your own text and pictures. If you would like to use some of our pictures go to ‘Advanced edition’ where the pictures are in a scrapbook.

The book will be sent to you

When you are finished with the book you will have it sent directly to you – and you will be ready for many hours of reading with your child.
